only sell vintage(used) rugs. Each rug in our collection is meticulously
cleaned and refurbished (if needed) at our facility in Pakistan before being
brought to Canada.

All
of our rugs are one off items. Each rug in our collection is selected carefully
for its unique character and once sold; we are unable to order the same exact
piece. If you are looking for a similar style or colour, we will try our best

selecting the perfect rug for your home.

We
are a small business located in Toronto, Canada.

We
only carry rugs made from premium quality wool which is hand spun and dyed with
organic natural dyes.     

We
only sell hand-knotted rugs, which are best in class in terms of quality,
durability, and sustainability. Made with hand-spun wool and natural dyes, our
rugs will last for generations if maintained properly and will easily outlast
similar synthetic products.

We
offer free shipping within North America. For international orders, shipping
prices would be country specific and based on delivery address.

We
process and dispatch your orders within 2 business days of your purchase.
Shipping time within North America would usually take 3-7 business days.
International shipping would take 10-15 business days.

We
want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. We accept returns and
exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and ship
items back within 30 days of delivery. The rug has to be returned in its
original condition and the buyer would be responsible for return shipping
costs.
