Are your rugs new or used?
Every rug in our collection is a one-of-a-kind vintage heirloom, originally handwoven in Turkey during the 1980s and 1990s. Each piece is carefully sourced for its distinct character and historical charm. Upon selection, rugs are meticulously restored and refined by expert artisans at our dedicated facility in Pakistan before being numbered, packaged, and sent to our studio in Canada. These are not simply rugsâthey are preserved legacies.
Will you be restocking items that are sold out?
Each rug in our curation is a 1-of-1 masterpieceâonce itâs claimed, it is gone forever. We do not mass produce, replicate, or restock the same piece. If a design speaks to you, it is truly yours alone. That said, we are happy to assist in sourcing a similar aesthetic or palette. What are your rugs made from?
Our rugs are woven exclusively from the finest, hand-spun wool, dyed naturally using organic vegetable-based pigments. These time-honored materials enhance both texture and tone, giving each rug depth, vibrance, and a softness that only improves with age.
How durable are your rugs?
Every rug is hand-knotted using traditional Turkish techniques and crafted with 12 knots per square inchâa mark of premium quality and endurance. Built for longevity and timeless elegance, these rugs are not just floor coveringsâthey are generational investments designed to last decades and beyond.

How much would shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping across North America. For international destinations, shipping fees are calculated based on location. All rugs are carefully wrapped, documented, and insured before leaving our studio.
How long would my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. North American deliveries typically arrive within 3â7 business days. International shipping may take between 10â15 business days depending on customs and location.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your rug doesnât feel perfect in your space, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Rugs must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Kindly contact us to initiate the return process.
